How It Started
We all work with people. In organizations, in teams, in families. We come from different countries and fields — coaching, organizational development, social work, therapeutic practice. Over years, we noticed the same gap: coaches and facilitators needed a tool that was simple, beautiful, and actually useful between sessions. Something that helped people reflect without frameworks or jargon. Something they could hand to a client, or work through quietly on their own. We searched for it. It didn’t exist. So we built it.
For Whom and How to Use?
- Coaches & facilitators — A resource to use during sessions, or send home as reflection between them
- Managers & team leads — To address tension without drama, or hand to someone who’s struggling
- Educators & mentors — To notice what’s happening beneath the surface of a conversation
- Parents & caregivers — To understand the dynamics at home, or open a different kind of talk
- Anyone who senses something’s off but can’t quite name it
How It Works
Start where something pulls. You don’t need to read cover to cover.
Each entry follows the same structure:
Imagine this — A situation you recognize
Ask yourself — Questions that invite you to notice
Try something — Small experiments, four angles
Notice what happens — Space to observe, not judge
No specialist vocabulary. No framework to master. Just ordinary moments. And something to try.

Sensitive Situations
With Family (Peace Over Truth, The Quiet Between Us, The Secret, Cold Shoulder, The Grey Elephant in the Room, Gut Feeling)
With Friends (Coffee This Weekend?, Looking Away, Physical Silence, Carrying a Secret, Ghosting)
With Colleagues (Decisions in Limbo, Overwritten, The Message That Disappears, The Camera That Stays Off, Roleplay, Normal or Not, The Deadline Is Tomorrow)
With Strangers (Personal Space, Silence is Not an Invitation, Courage, Saying Nothing, Public Crying)
With Yourself (Too Sensitive, Being Cruel, Avoidance, Let it Ring, Two Versions, Schadenfreude, The Sacrifice)
